Now my new blog for public relations and social media is here. Actually this is my first time to write blogs so seriously and officially. But fortunately, I can start this blog by introducing myself.
I'm a second-year graduate student in School of Communication at University of Miami. And my major is communication studies. I come from China and this is my second year in the United States. Sometimes I have the strong feeling that it's so amazing I could be here studying for my master program. Just think about the long journey from China to US! It took me totally 26 hrs from Beijing to Miami in this summer break.
OK, let's back to me. I took my undergraduate in Beijing, China. And my major for undergraduate is journalism. Although neither of my majors in undergraduate and graduate are public relations, I'm quite interested in this PR field. I took several PR courses in my undergraduate and graduate study. But unfortunately, I don't have any real work experience in the PR field. I would love to try if I have the chance in the future. And I have make PR agencies as one of my career choices after my graduation.
I'm sure that writing this PR blog will help me a lot and give me valuable experiences.
